IAOPCC PROMISE
As of February 2016, Sarasota Pet Crematory is now an Accredited pet cremation/aftercare facility through the The International Association of Pet Cemeteries and Crematories (IAOPCC).
There are only two accredited facilities in the State of Florida and we are very proud to be the only accredited facility on the Southwest Coast of Florida. Until fairly recently there has been no set of standards governing best practices for the pet cremation industry, and no accreditation process by which a pet crematory can be certified for adhering to such high quality standards.
Sarasota Pet Crematory was founded with one main goal and it was to provide compassion and understanding to pet owners in their time of loss, and that the pet would always be handled in a respectful and dignified manner. When we learned of the importance of the IAOPCC’s accreditation program, we knew that we wanted to be part of this program. The accreditation program offers and adheres to the highest level of outstanding aftercare services. Sarasota Pet Crematory wants to be accountable for maintaining high standards, and adhering to a strict code of ethics within the industry. We have earned this distinction by passing more than 240 standards.
Pet parents and veterinary partners who utilize our services can now feel even more reassured about the aftercare services we offer and perform. This accreditation award says a lot about who we are and we feel it says more about how we love and respect our animal friends. We have always given “Service With Compassion” and will always continue to do so.
